I still say if you can’t do it in 2 years, you’re out. That is now the rule.

But don’t worry. The Republicans will cut taxes for the wealthy elite again and then the [even richer] rich will say, “Cool! What should I do with all this extra money?… I know! I’ll create jobs! I’ve been wanting to do it but couldn’t until now. Americans, if you need a job just call us and we’ll be glad to help you out.”

Good luck with that ingenious new strategy that has never ever been tried before. (Oh, except for the last decade. And whatnot.)
