i know i’m quite mad
when i start
biting my hands

biting my own hands

teeth digging into fingers

and i feel like laughing
very strongly
feel like laughing
but cannot

can only bite into my hands

wish only to sleep

and yet

wish only to never sleep again

wish to scream

and yet

wish only to never utter another

sound

wish to scream until
someone stuffs something in my mouth

and yet wish only
to remain silent

and bite into my hands

forever

until all the blood
and all the noise

is gone
